Pets must receive a spay/neuter surgery to qualify for this program.

Each qualifying pet will receive:

• Spay or neuter surgery

• Post-op pain medication

• Microchip (if applicable)

  Vaccinations (if applicable):
       Dogs – Rabies, Bordetella & DHPP
       Cats – Rabies & FVRCP
